PanTech PEN Electrical Insulating Tape has been UL recognized, 155℃. It uses 1 mil Teijin DuPont Teonex PEN film as substrate performing an excellent thermal property, 160℃for mechanical property and 180℃for electrical property. It shows a better dimensional stability after heating, better hydrolytic resistance and excellent oxygen permeability than the PET film. It is most suitable as a dielectric base film for the flexible printed circuitry (FPC) industry and F-class application, as an economic alternative for the expensive polyimide film tape and polyamide paper laminates.
