High Temperature Masking Film

　

Pantech PT-88 High Temperature Masking Film is made of 1 mil polyimide film, coated with a very low adhesion silicone adhesive. It can be used as masking film to meet the lead-free solder reflow requirements in surface mount assembly and QFN packages. It can easily be laminated bubble free in lead frame application.

It is flame resistant, RoHS and halogen free.
