QFN Back Side Tape

There are two types of QFN Back Side Tapes: |

It is made of 25µ polyimide film, coated with a low adhesion silicone adhesive, with liner |
It is made of 50µPET with a no tack silicone adhesive. No liner |
|
Both are high temperature masking film specially designed as back side masking tape for the QFN molding process, clean removal and without residual or bleeding. Both are RoHS and halogen free. |
