Pantech PT-887F is a pressure seal type QFN Back Side Tape. It is made of 1 mil polyimide film, coated with a very low adhesion silicone adhesive. It is a high temperature masking film specially designed as the back side masking tape for the QFN molding process, no bleed out and clean removal. It is flame resistant, RoHS and halogen free. |
