PET UV TAPE, UT1007

PanTech UV1007 is an ultra-strong adhesion PET UV tape. It is 100µPET coated with an UV curable adhesive tape, specially designed for dicing process of LED or QFN package sawing singulations etc. It sustains no flying away during dicing, and can easily be peeled off without residue after UV exposure.

It is RoHS and halogen free.
