Pantech Double side Thermal Release tape DTT1015 is made of 100µPET, both sides coated with thermal release adhesive. It is most suitable for stacking, dicing and transfer of Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC) and other chip devices, especially for those which can not be worked well through UV curable tapes.

It is RoHS and REACH free.
