Pantech PT258L is a non-UV dicing tape, made of 25µPET, acrylic adhesive with an adequate range of adhesion force, strong enough to keep the UV tape or diced article, also with capacity to remove cleanly. It is laminated with 50µPET liner. It is RoHS and Halogen free. |
