Pantech PT258L holding tape is made of 25µPET with acrylic adhesive laminated with 50µPET liner. Specially designed to hold the UV tape with PCB for dicing operation. This tape is far less expensive than UV tape, using this can save the total cost largely. It is RoHS free. |
