Pantech PT-224 PVC UV dicing tape is a PVC UV dicing tape. It can become into a very low adhesion after exposure to UV radiation and recovers easily after expansion. It is specially designed for wafer dicing process. It is an equivalent to D185 product.

It is RoHS 2.0 free.
