Thermal Release Tape
|
PanTech Thermal release Tapes, also called warm off tapes, is specially designed for lamination, dicing and transferring process of Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC), and some IC chips. It is made of PET film coated with a thermal expandable acrylic adhesive. It sustains a strong adhesion during processes at room temperature, and can be easily detached by heating on hot plate at appropriate temperature. It is RoHS and REACH free. |
