 PanTech UB815, is an UV Dicing Tape is made of specially formulated 80µ PO film, coated with UV adhesive. It sustains a suitable adhesion to ensure no flying during dicing and can then be removed cleanly after UV exposure. 

It is RoHS and halogen free.
